The Petitioner obtained interim relief from this Court on 11 August 2022. But the same was subject to the condition that the Petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs.1,52,35,000/- on or before 19 September 2022. 3.

The amount was not deposited. Therefore, the Cooperative Bench, by order dated 19 September 2022, clarified that the interim relief stood vacated automatically. 4.

Today, when the matter is called out, neither the Petitioner nor his Advocate appears before the Court. After the

Accordingly, we dismiss this Petition for nonprosecution. 6.

No costs.
