Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent no. 3 was the only member who was opposing the pulling down of the building. The stability report is already on record which indicates that the building is in dilapidated condition and needs to be pulled down. The Society's grievance is that appropriate action will have to be taken by the Corporation under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act. Learned counsel for the Corporation seeks some time to take instructions. At her request,
