The learned counsel for Ms. Kalathil appearing for RespondentMHADA submitted that the officers are present and there is no deliberate attempt on the part of MHADA to breach the order of this Court. It is submitted that the hearing is being held. We expect, only by way of indulgence that within a further period of two weeks from today, MHADA to comply with the order dated 06.08.2025. If the order dated 06.08.2025 is not complied with within a period of two weeks, we may be constrained to summon the concerned officer calling upon them for an explanation as to why the order passed by this Court has not been complied with.
