Learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 hands in consent terms which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification with today's date. 2.

The Petitioner through its three partners and Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are present in the Court. They said that they have signed these terms voluntarily and after understanding their full scope and import.

We have also perused the consent terms and we do not find anything there which could be said to oppose public policy. The consent terms are intended to bind only the signatories and not the other Respondents. In fact, the consent terms state that the Petition is being withdrawn who are Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, i.e., statutory authorities.

Accordingly, these consent terms are accepted and based upon the same, this Petition is disposed of. The statements and undertakings in this consent terms are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

A soft copy of the consent terms will be uploaded as the second order in this matter.

The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. 7.

This Petition is disposed of in the above terms without order for costs.
