Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Khandeparkar for respondent No.7 states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions detailed in the affidavit in reply filed, will put the three petitioners in possession of Permanent Alternate Accommodation (PAA). On instructions, he states that petitioners can take possession tomorrow i.e. on 11th June 2024 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon at the site against possession receipt. It is noted that the petitioners can accept the possession without prejudice to their rights and contentions.

As regards the issue of arrears of transit rent and any other connected issues, we are placing the matters for further consideration on 25th June 2024. 4.

Though, we are placing the matters on 25th June 2024, we would appreciate if the parties with intervention of their counsel sort out the remaining issues and report compliance by the next date. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J) 10th June 2024
