Learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.7 to 28 on instructions submits that he has no objection if the Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Respondent Nos.1 to 6 have no concern as such. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement by the Respondents, I find no impediment in allowing the Petition in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads as under:

46-OSWP-2415-2024.DOC "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or a Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for the records of the Petitioner's case relating to the Impugned Order dated 23rd June, 2022, (being Exhibit "A" hereto), passed by Respondent No.1 and after going through and examining the question of the legality thereof, to quash, cancel and set aside the same."

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
