Mr. Gorwadkar, learned Senior Advocate relied upon the communication dated 13th May 2025 addressed by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Mumbai to the Chief Engineer (Solid Waste Management), Mumbai indicating that in the proceedings that were conducted before him there was no proper response of the RespondentCorporation and hence the matter was not proceeded with any further.

Ms. Karnik, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Respondent-Corporation seeks time to go through the

communication dated 13th May 2025, which she is not aware of, and respond on the next date.
