1) The praecipe dated 18th December, 2024 is circulated by the learned Advocate for Petitioners for 'Speaking to the Minutes' of Order dated 13th December, 2024.

2) In line No.3 of para No.1 of the said Order, the words "MHADA Act" have been erroneously typed instead of "the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971". The correct name of the Act is the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971.

dtg 3-Wp-4577-2024.doc 3) After incorporating the said correction, para No.1 of Order dated 13th December, 2024 would read as under :- "1) Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 -SRA, on instructions submitted that, hearing of the proceedings under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 are completed and the Competent Authority has now closed the said file for passing Orders. He submitted that, the Competent Authority may pass the Orders in the said proceedings within a period of four weeks from today."

4) Order dated 13th December, 2024 be corrected accordingly and a corrected copy of Order be uploaded on the official website of High Court, Bombay.
