P.C.:- 1) By a speaking Order dated 6th April, 2026, this Petition was dismissed with costs of Rs. 5,00,000/-. As per the said Order, the Petition was thereafter listed on 24th April, 2026 under the caption, 'For Reporting Compliance'.

2) It is an admitted fact on record that, the Petitioners have not complied with the directions issued vide Order dated 6th April, 2026. However, on 24th April, 2026, at the profuse request of learned counsel for 1/3

skt 4-WP-4676-2024.doc the Petitioners, the period to deposit the said costs was extended until 5:00 p.m. on 27th April, 2026.

3) We are informed that, even as of this morning, the earlier directions have not been complied with. We are further informed that the Petitioners have challenged the Order dated 6th April, 2026 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is an admitted position on record that, till this point of time, no interim relief has been granted to the Petitioners by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Consequently, the Orders of this Court have to be complied with. In these circumstances, we have directed the Petitioners to deposit the said costs, under protest in the Registry of this Court during the course of the day. In the event the Petitioners succeed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the said amount will be returned to them. 4) The Petition was thereafter kept back and taken up at 4:45 p.m.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioners informed this Court that he was unable to contact the Petitioners as they are not responding to their calls on the mobile phones. It clearly appears to us that the Petitioners are not interested in complying with the Order dated 6th April, 2026 and the statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners recorded in paragraph 1.1 of the Order dated 24th April, 2026. 5) The presence of the Petitioners is necessary for compliance with the Order dated 6th April, 2026.

In view of the above, issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each against the Petitioners. 6) The said warrants be executed by the Senior Inspector of Police, Khar Police Station. The Assistant Commissioner of Police having territorial jurisdiction over Khar Police Station is directed to supervise the execution of the said warrants.

7) In the event of arrest, the Petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one separate local surety in the like amount. The said warrants are made returnable on 7th May, 2026.

8) Learned APP appearing in this matter is directed to communicate this Order forthwith to the Deputy Commissioner of Police/Assistant Commissioner of Police having territorial jurisdiction over Khar Police Station and the Senior Inspector of Police, Khar Police Station, immediately after this Order is uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
