Let a comprehensive chart be prepared in respect of the issues pertaining to each of the Petitioners. We are informed that three of the Petitioners were entitled to receive amounts towards transit rent. 2.

Mr. Daver, learned Counsel for Respondent No.6, on instructions, submits that the entitlement of some of these Petitioners to receive transit rent is disputed on behalf of his client. We shall hear the parties on this issue on the next adjourned date of hearing.
