1. Petitioner to mention the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 particularly widow of the Guarv Kumar, a pre-deceased son. Furthermore, petitioner to take steps to correct the para no. 7 of the petition.

2. Petitioner to correct the dates in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Surety in this matter and in TP/225/2024 are same. Hence, the petitioner to satisfy that the surety is capable to honour the amount shown in these administration Bond. Petitioner to take steps.

3. Furthermore, petitioner to comply Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
