1. While preparing the grant, it is noticed that, petitioner has not filed the administration bond. However, in order dated 20.08.2024, paragraph No.1, petitioner's name is incorrectly typed as "Rajesh Savilal Mehata" instead of "Rajesh Savailal Mehta". In para no. 6 relationship of the petitioner with deceased is also required to be corrected as 'Son' instead of daughter. Hence, said mistake is corrected. The said order be read accordingly. The original order is corrected. Same be uploaded accordingly.

2. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 20.08.2024 will remain as it is.

3. Removed from the board.
