Advocate for the petitioner submits that the present petition is filed for certain securities which is mentioned in Exhibit "D" annexed to the petition but the petitioner requires succession certificate with respect to debts as well as extended securities which is mentioned as Exhibit "E" as well as annexure "D". Exhibit "E" is the grant issued by this Hon'ble Court on 30.5.2019.

I have perused the petition but the averment with respect to extension of grant or amendment of grant is not made into the petition for succession certificate in respect of securities mentioned in Exhibit "D" and "E" which is grant issued on 30.5.2019.

Advocate for the petitioner to take necessary steps to seek direction from the Hon'ble Court. In view of the aforesaid circumstances matter is adjourned for two weeks. S. O. 18.07.2024.
