The present Petition is filed for Succession Certificate in respect of securities belonging to Girija Shama Rao deceased who died intestate at Mumbai on 4th June 2016. As per Order dated 29th January 2024, the Petitioner has e-filed Administration Bond dated 18th February 2024 and affidavit of service in respect of affixation of general notice on notice board of Bombay High Court and Collector Office is filed on 20th February 2024. The legal heirs have filed consent Affidavits in the matter.

2. The Adv. for the Petitioner states that saving account No. mentioned in respect of property shown in schedule at Sr. No.2 is required to be corrected before issuance of Succession Certificate. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner is allowed to correct the said account number at Sr No. 2 of the schedule of debts within four weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with.
