1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate is filed against the property of the deceased A. Rabindran Alias Annamalai Rabindran the petition is filed by Geeta Rabindran being widow of the deceased.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being widow of the deceased. The deceased expired on 08.09.2006. Affidavit dated 26.12.2024 is filed for Id Proof of the deceased it is accepted.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased had only one son from the wedlock and he expired on 11.07.2013. The said deceased son is survived by one daughter and one son. However, there is no statement as to wife of the son in the petition. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

4. Remove from board.
