TP/497/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Uttam Rane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Geeta Rabindran being widow of deceased. Deceased namely A. Rabindran died intestate at Madurai, Tamil Nadu on 08.09.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had one son namely Annamalai Kannan died on 11.07.2013 leaving behind his widow, one son and two daughters. Deceased was survived by widow, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and two granddaughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and remaining all the legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
