By this praecipe, dated 11.08.2025, Ld.

Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition so as to convert it into Probate petition, instead of Petitioner for grant of Letters of Administration Will Annexed, as the both the petitioners are executors under the Will.

However, by way of affidavits they have renunciation their right to apply for the probate. Hence, in such circumstances, it would be proper to hear Ld. Advocate for the petitioner as to provisions of Rule 393 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned for consideration of the praecipe.
