Petitioner to comply order dated 12.11.2025. The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the addition/deletion/interlineation, etc. in the Will vide Rule 383 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Already enough time is given, however, ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks short time for compliance, in upcoming week, which is not possible. Hence, petition is removed from the board, with liberty to the petitioner to move praecipe for listing the matter on board, if requisition raised is complied with. In such event, the office to list the proceeding for further order, according to Law.
