Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 16.08.2024 thereby seeks permission to make averment about the parents of the deceased in para no. 4 of the petition and to mention the amount in para no. 6 of the petition as per praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
