Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will take the steps about the requisition of the justify the share of the non-consenting legal heirs.

The petitioner no. 2 and 3 had obtained an order of amendment, due to the death of the petitioner No.1. However, while carrying out an amendment, in title it is mentioned that since deceased please see rider - I. However, such amendment had not been granted. Hence, the petitioner to take steps to remove these wording. 3.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 25.11.2024 and thereby prayed to allow the petitioners to delete these wording. Submission is accepted and praecipe is allowed. The amendment be carried out within three weeks.

Office to mention against the petitioner no. 1 that the proceeding is abated against him.
