Heard Mr. Ramadasan, learned Advocate for Petitioners. Interim Application (L) No. 24907 of 2025:- 3.

Present Interim Application is filed by Applicant - Petitioner No. 2 for deleting name of Petitioner No. 1 who has expired in the interregnum.

Perused the Application. For the reasons stated therein, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment is permitted to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with.

Testamentary Petition No. 1972 of 2025:- 4.

Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioners for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased abovenamed. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No. 2 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the Petition. I have perused the same.

Considering that Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are the only legal heirs of the deceased and Petitioner No. 1 is expired in the interregnum, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition in favour of Petitioner No. 2. Hence, Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause in paragraph No. 11 which reads thus:- "The Letters of Administration be granted to Petitioner No. 2 having effect throughout India" 6.

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
