1. Records and proceedings not available. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The present petition was rejected by an order dated 27.03.2024 and the same is restored to file by an order dated 06.03.2025 in CHOL No. 38 of 2025.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jay Malhar Shamrao Mhatre being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shamrao Balkrishna Mhatre died intestate at Mumbai on 25.10.1975. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 29.11.2025 however, it does not referred the name of surety in para No. 1 of the said Bond. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
