1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The present petition was rejected by an order dated 27.03.2024 and the same is restored to file by an order dated 06.03.2025 in CHOL No. 38 of 2025.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jay Malhar Shamrao Mhatre being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shamrao Balkrishna Mhatre died intestate at Mumbai on 25.10.1975. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 19.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased died. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed. Corrected Administration Bond dated 29.11.2025 is uploaded on 06.04.2026. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
