2. Petitioner to execute the administration bond for gross amount as per form no. 118 read with Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Furthermore, One of the legal heir Athan Anselmn Fernandes petitioner is sister of said minor. Hence, petitioner to justify the share of said minor vide Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court(O.S.) Rules, 1980 (for short "BHC Rules"). Petitioner to take steps to serve the citation upon the said minor by following the due procedure by law as per Rule 397 of the BHC Rules. Hence, adjourned.
