Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has taken out Chamber Order and same is pending. However, due to technical latches that Chamber Order is not consumed by the department. He further submits that he is working with the department since October, 2024 and last document of Chamber Order is uploaded on 14.11.2024.

Considering this submission, the department is directed to verify the issue in respect to the Chamber Order, which is stated to be filed by the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, and resolve the same within 10 days from the date of uploading of this order. Hence, adjourned.
