1. Petitioner to take steps to mention the sect of the deceased and mention the parents as well as grandparents of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to comply the directions of the Hon'ble Court in respect of the Translation of the Will. Petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O.

S.) Rules, 1980.

3. Consent affidavit is defective as title is not correct.

4. Furthermore, petitioner to file administration bond as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and file affidavit of service as per the Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

5. The petitioner to take steps to state about the marital status of the deceased. Petitioner to take steps to state about the date of death of the wife of the deceased.

6. Petitioner to take steps to explain delay vide Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

7. Petitioner to supply the family tree of the deceased to ascertain the legal heirs of the deceased.

8. Petitioner to file identity proof of the deceased or affidavit for dispensation of the same along with document.

9. Petitioner to follow Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. the Hence, adjourned.
