Ld. advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take steps in the matter, as per the earlier Order and to comply the requisitions as provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, time is granted and thus the petition is adjourned for the steps.

Petitioner to file affidavit of attesting witness to the Will, regarding addition/correction, vide Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 as suggested as per the Note given under Form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, if applicable. Furthermore, the petitioner to file affidavit to explain that whether the attesting witnesses have attested the Will or they had identified the testator at the time of registration of the Will.
