TP/2366/2024 Mr. Rushabh Thacker, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sudha Ahswin Naidu being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Parmeshwaram Ramaswamy Koodalur died intestate at Mira Road, Thane on 15.11.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
