1. Perused the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will carry out corrections in the Cause Title mentioned as "Securities/Shares", remove the word "Shares" from the Cause Title as well as Advocate for petitioner to carry out all the consequential corrections to the petition.

2. It has been observed that legal heirs mentioned in para no. 4 and the schedule is not proper. Advocate for petitioner incorporated the name of the petitioner into the schedule of the petition which is mentioned at para no. 4 of the petition. Advocate for petitioner will do the necessary corrections into the petition. Reverification dispensed with.
