This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Rekha Amarnath Sanghvi being one of the Executrix named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Chandrika Nyalchand Sanghrajka died at Mumbai on 07.06.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 30.12.2009. The said Will is in English language. The Page No. 1 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only three Executor appointed under the Will. Petitioner is one of the executrix and other executors namely Praful Sanghrajka and Nita Shah have renounced their rights to act as an Executors and Affidavits to that effect for Probate are not filed.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by her husband, one son and two daughters. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits of Husband and son and another daughter have not filed for Probate properly. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Ajit Kucheria dated 18.04.2022 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 29.07.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
