WITH WILL/1017/2024 P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for Petitioners. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by Petitioners Sanjay Ganesh Ubale and Raja Parthasarthy s/o. Pundi Rajagopalan Parthasarthy being the Executors named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Krishnan Bashyam Srinivasan alias K. B. Srinivasan alias B. K. Srinivasan alias Bashyam alias K. B. Alias K. B. S. said to have died at Mumbai on 12th September, 2019. Copy of Death Certificate is annexed to the Petition. Copy of PAN Card of the deceased as ID Proof is annexed to the petition.

2. Ms. Prachi Mantry, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 26th May, 2017. The said Will is in English language.

3. Ms. Prachi Mantry, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is submitted that the parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of the deceased Geeta Krishnan Srinivasan died on 4th November, 2022 and Exhibit - "E" to the Petition is the copy of her Death Certificate. Deceased died leaving behind three daughters and ..2/-

no son. Save and except as mentioned in para - 8, there are no other legal heirs left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits of three daughters of the deceased as mentioned in Para-8 of the Petition are on record. Affidavits of Mahendrakumar Amritlal Gohel, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All Affidavits are filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.
