1) To provide identification proof of deceased.

2) To annex copy of death certificate of husband of testatrix and mention capacity of petitioner.

3) Schedule I annexed to the petition is not proper. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 01.10.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out corrections in respect of aforesaid requisition Nos. 2 and 3. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections on or before next adjourned date.
