Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To comply with the provisions of Rules 383 and 419 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

2) Consent Affidavits given by the legal heirs should be unconditional and also for Letters of Administration with Will and not for Letters of Administration.

3) Consent Affidavit of one of the son of deceased namely Shantilal Liladhar Haria signed in Gujarati and not stated who has interpreted and explained the same in Gujarati language to him.

4) As per Will, there are beneficiaries. Hence, file consent Affidavits of the said beneficiaries. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 14.11.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
