Advocate for petitioner submits that as per directions given in earlier order dated 20.08.2024 then Officer was directed to take steps about the Power of Attorney in respect of parties which it was given therefore, Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that there was Power of Attorney has been executed and he has trying to upload the same but on the official portal of due to some technical reasons, same could not be uploaded.
2. Considering this submission, office is directed to looked into the technical difficulties of the Advocate while uploading the said Power of Attorney, if this technical difficulty does not resolve then Advocate for petitioner to move necessary praecipe to file the said Power of Attorney physically.
3. Administration Bond is defective, as it is not executed for gross amount of the estate of deceased as per Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to take steps.
4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner check statement for the properties which are subject matter of the deceased Will and not mentioned in the present petition, locker etc.
5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to ensure the provisions of rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980, have been complied with. Also, comply with the order dated 20.08.2024.
