TP/2973/2024 Mr. Swanand Tarde, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Puja Uday Bakshi being Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Sukhdev Singh Puri died at Toronto, Canada on 15.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Pune on 20.01.2018. The said Will is in English language. Petitioner is one of the executor and another executor namely Prashant Puri has renounced his and Affidavit dated 26.12.2023 is filed to that effect.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by wife, one son and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and wife and son has been served citation and Affidavit of Service dated 14.11.2024 is filed to that effect. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavitd of Vivek H Bhargava and Preeti V. Bhargava both dated 18.06.2022 both the Attesting Witnesses to the Will are filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 14.11.2024 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
