1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved the praecipe before Hon'ble Court dated 02.04.2025 and thereby seeks relief of placing the IA before the Hon'ble Court. However, undersigned officer does not have power to adjudicate the Interim Application. Furthermore, Order which was supposed to be complied within limitation (i.e. for amendment) was passed by the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master on 17.02.2024 and which is clarified on 09.05.2024. therefore, office to place the Interim Application before the assigned officer within one week and inform the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner.
