1. Read praecipe dated 07.04.2025 along with draft amendment, petitioner is willing to amend the marital status of the deceased as per the record. Furthermore, petitioner is willing to amend the schedule-I of the petition, as amount mentioned at serial no. 1 is required to be calculated at once. However, due to multiple entries of the same properties, amount is not properly shown in the schedule-I of the petition. Therefore, petitioner is willing to amend the schedule.

2. Considering the multiple entries of properties, in the schedule-I of the petition, the petitioner to amed the existing Schedule-I and in addition to this, the petitioner to furnish re-typed schedule-I of the petitioner, amended as on date, duly singed by the petitioner and Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and same shall be placed along with the existing schedule.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Office to verify the Total of the schedule-I. Consequential amendments, if any, stands allowed.
