1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that it is her statement that the there are no other legal heirs as per the Schedule-I r/w Section 28 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Statement is taken on record and as it is statement of the Ld. Advocate for the Advocate, she is aware about the consequences thereof. Statement is taken for order.

2. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted hat she has uploaded the administration bond. However, same is disapproved with the query that name of the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master is incorrect. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and re-upload the bond. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Hence, adjourned.
