Despite our order of 5th August 2024, the three structures referred to in paragraph 6 of the said order have not been removed.

Ms Shelke learned Counsel for the BMC, on instructions from Mr Abhijit Dixit, Sub Engineer H/West Ward, BMC states that the occupants of these three structures have been found to be eligible for alternate accommodation. She again on instructions states that such alternate accommodation would be provided to the occupants of these three structures and these three structures would be demolished. She states that this entire exercise would be completed within four weeks from today. The above statements made by Ms Shelke based on instructions from Mr Abhijit Dixit are accepted undertakings to this Court. Necessary compliance report must be filed in this Court by 18th October 2024 along with photographs.
