This petition is moved by learned counsel for the applicant/original respondent no. 1 for speaking to the minutes of order dated 19 March, 2024. 2.
In the said order, in paragraph 4, third line after the amount "Rs.1,19,25,883/-", following words be added: "less an amount of Rs.5,59,190/- totally aggregating to Rs.1,13,66,693/-" 4 April, 2024

In paragraph 10, last line, after 'under such heads', the following sentence be added:
"for the periods mentioned in the letter marked as "X" which is to be calculated from the actual date of possession, i.e., 25 April, 2022". The respondent shall deposit the appropriate amount in the Society's account or any other appropriate account, the intimation of which be issued to the petitioner." 4.
The original order dated 19 March, 2024 be corrected accordingly and made available to the parties.
