The petitioner today is praying for amendment to the petition to bring on record the present incumbents namely Mr. Bhushan Gagarani, Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Gr. Mumbai, and Dr. Smt. Bhyagyashri Kapse, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, K/West Ward, Andheri (West), Mumbai, who are necessary parties, who need to comply with the orders passed by this Court dated 2 May 2019 in respect of determination of compensation and payment of compensation.
