This Petition is filed alleging contempt of Order dated 2nd May 2019, passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (L) No.851/2019, in which the Court directed that the amount of compensation determined by the Municipal Corporation be disbursed within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of the report from the Special Land Acquisition Officer - 7 or Deputy Director Town Planning, Mumbai.

Mr. Apte , learned senior counsel states that all the necessary formalities shall be completed and the compensation disbursed to the Mane
7-CONPW-60-25 & WP.DOC Petitioner within a period of 6 weeks from today. We accept the statement of Mr. Apte, the learned senior counsel. The statement is made on the instructions of Mr.Jitendra Mahale, Asst Engineer (Maintenance) K/West Ward, Bombay Municipal Corporation.

We accordingly dispose of this Petition accepting the statement made by Mr. Apte, learned Senior counsel.

Any non-compliance of the statement shall be taken as aggravated contempt and in that case the Petitioner is permitted to revise the present proceedings.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
No costs.
