Mr. Gaikwad, learned counsel for the claimant submits that as service was not complete, the claimant took steps to serve the respondents by paper publication, pursuant to which they have taken steps and the chamber order was filed. The said chamber order was made absolute pursuant to order dated 10 November 2022, by Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master. Pursuant to which paper publication was made in two newspapers and affidavit of service dated 20 December 2022 has been filed in the present proceedings. He submits that the Notice can now be made absolute. 2.

Having heard learned counsel Mr. Gaikwad and after going through the documents on record, I am convinced that this Notice can be made absolute.
