He submits that respondent no.2 has been served by paper publication pursuant to the order of this Court. The affidavit of service to that effect has now been filed, hence, the Notice can be made absolute as regards to respondent no.2.

After hearing learned counsel for the claimant and after going through the contents of the documents on record, I am convinced that the Notice can be made absolute as regards to respondent no.2. 3.

Notice No. 275/2025 is made absolute as regards respondent no.2.
