1. None appears for the Claimant when the matter is called out.

2. This Notice is filed under the provisions of Order XXI, Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in the year 2018.

3. In the proceedings, the Affidavit of service proving service of the Notice is not filed. In order to allow the Claimant to take steps in the matter, stand over to 09.12.2025. List the matter under the caption "For Compliance".

4. It is made clear that if steps are not taken on behalf of the Claimant and Affidavit of service is not filed before next date of the hearing, the Notice and Execution Application will stand dismissed on the ground that the Claimant is not interested in pursuing the Execution Application any further.

2) Even today, none present on behalf of the claimants, though an opportunity was granted on the last occasion. 3) It seems that the claimants have lost interest in pursuing these Execution Applications and Notices any further. 4) The Execution Applications and pending Notices stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
