1) On 10 December 2025, the following order was passed:- 1) None appears for the applicants when the matter is called. 2) These Notices are filed under the provisions of Order XXI, Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in the year 2020. 3) In the proceedings, the affidavits of service have not been filed. The learned advocate for the applicants is not present when the matter is called out.

4) As a matter of last chance, stand over to 23 December 2025 in order to enable the applicants to take steps for serving the Notices on the respondents. Matters to be listed under the caption 'For Compliance'. 5) It is made clear that if no steps are taken before the next date of the hearing, the Notices and Execution Applications will stand dismissed on the ground that the applicants are not interested in pursuing the execution applications any further.

2) None appears for the claimant, when the matter is called out for hearing. Even on the earlier occasion, none appeared for the claimant.
