The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Original Claimant has sought for unfreezing of Bank KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Account No.50100224760705 (Saving Account), IFSC Code - by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.04.22 18:13:42 +0530 HDFC0000357 with HDFC Bank, Branch situated at Shapoorji 1/2

903-EXA 1841.2024.doc Pallonji Building, Dr. Shirodkar Marg, Near KEM Hospital, Opp. Bata Showroom, Mumbai - 400 012 which had been frozen in Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act.

In view of the Execution Application being withdrawn, the Branch Manager of HDFC Bank of the aforementioned branch is directed to de-freeze the said Saving Bank Account No.50100224760705 which had been frozen in Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act.

The Execution Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
