The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant / Claimant has also sought for unfreezing of bank account of Punjab National Bank situated at Seepz, MIDC Area, Mumbai being Saving 1/2

In view thereof, Execution Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank situated at Seepz, MIDC, Area, Mumbai is directed to de-freeze the saving Account No.1253000400130670 which had been frozen in Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act. This is in view of the Award being satisfied and the Execution Application being withdrawn.
