The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Original Claimant has sought leave to withdraw the Execution Application on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties and the Award stands satisfied. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/Original Claimant has sought for unfreezing of the Bank Account of Union Bank of India of the branch situated at Sahajeevan, KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 19, Shradhanand Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai - 400 057 which had by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.02.25 14:27:32 +0530 been frozen vide Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act. 1/2

In view thereof, Execution Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Branch Manager of Union Bank of India of the branch situated at Sahajeevan, 19, Shradhanand Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai - 400 057 is directed to re-freeze the Savings Bank Account No.319302010050278 which had been frozen vide Application under Section 17 of the Arbitration Act.
