Mr. Reis, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, has today tendered an affidavit of the Applicant, wherein the entire contract between the Petitioner and the Respondent has been annexed. In paragraph 4 of the said affidavit, the Applicant has specifically undertaken to restrict the claim in dispute to 20% of the value of the contract.

In light of this and given that there is no dispute to the arbitration clause, learned counsel for the Respondent fairly submits that an arbitrator can be appointed. I therefore, appoint Mr. Anosh Sequeria as Arbitrator. The details of Mr. Anosh Sequeira are as follows:
